1. Who We Are

ADL Law Associates ("ADL", "we", "us", "our") is a legal, tax and business advisory practice operating in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Kurram, Pakistan. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.adllawassociates.com (the "Site"), including our contact form, salary tax calculator, and any tax lookup tools we offer.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what your device sends automatically.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the legal/tax advisory services you request.
  • To route your enquiry to the right advisor and follow up by phone, email or WhatsApp.
  • To calculate results inside our tools (e.g. the salary tax calculator) — these calculations run in your own browser and are not stored by us unless you separately submit them through the contact form.
  • To maintain internal records of client enquiries for quality and follow-up purposes.
  • To understand which pages and services visitors find useful, in aggregate, so we can improve the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Contact form submissions are transmitted directly to our server over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored in a restricted location outside our public website directory — it is not published, indexed, or reachable by a direct web link. Access is limited to authorized ADL staff who need it to respond to your enquiry. We apply basic abuse-prevention controls (rate limiting, spam filtering) to submissions.

No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been exposed or misused, please contact us immediately using the details below.

5. How Long We Keep It

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to service your enquiry and maintain client records, and in any event no longer than is required by applicable Pakistani law or professional record-keeping obligations for legal and tax practitioners. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8).

6. Who We Share It With

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

  • Where you have asked us to liaise with a government authority (e.g. FBR, SECP) on your behalf as part of an engagement.
  • Where required by law, court order, or a valid regulatory request.
  • With service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g. our web hosting provider), bound to keep information confidential and to use it only to provide that service.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses only the minimal local browser storage required for it to function correctly (for example, remembering your progress inside a multi-step tool). We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You may ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it (e.g. as part of an active or historical client engagement record).
  • Stop contacting you about a matter you no longer wish to pursue.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals and businesses seeking legal and tax advisory services and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
